Adult Open Gym Date: Mondays & Wednesdays Time: 12pm-2pm Fee: $2 Youth Open Gym Date:  Varies – Teacher Workdays & Holidays Time: 11:30am-1pm (Elementary/Middle School) 1:30pm-3pm (High School Students) Fee:  $1

Youth Athletic Programs
Winter Basketball Coed: 3-4 & 5-6 Boys: ages 11-13, 14 and older Girls: ages 7-9, 10-13 Competitive program where participants are taught fundamentals, teamwork and sportsmanship. One practice and one game per week. Admission fee charged for games. Registration – October – November or until leagues are filled. Season – December through March

Spring Basketball Boys: 7th-9th Grade & 10th-12th Grade Competitive program where participants are taught fundamentals, teamwork and sportsmanship.  One practice and one game per week.  Admission fee charge for games. Registration – February – March Season – April – June
Fall Soccer Boys and Girls ages 3-13 Competitive program teaching soccer skills, teamwork and sportsmanship. Program held at Farris Memorial Park. Shin guards and mouthpiece required. One practice and 1-2 games per week. Registration – July-August Season – September-October
Spring Soccer Boys and Girls ages 3-13 Competitive program teaching soccer skills, teamwork and sportsmanship. Program held at Farris Memorial Park. Shin guards and mouthpiece required. One practice and 1-2 games per week. Registration – February-March Season – April-June
PONY Baseball Boys and Girls ages 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U & 14U(Pony age requirement is age on August 31st) Nationally sanctioned PONY Youth Baseball program teaching baseball fundamentals/skills while stressing sportsmanship and teamwork. Several practices and 2-3 games per week. Registration – February Season – March-June
PONY Girls Softball Girls ages 8U & 10U(Pony age requirement is age on August 31st) Nationally sanctioned PONY Youth Baseball program teaching softball fundamentals/skills while stressing sportsmanship and teamwork. One practice and 1-2 games per week. Registration – February Season – March-June

Fall Youth Flag & Tackle Football Coed: 6U(Flag), 8U, 10U & 12U Supported by McMichael High School and play in the Foothills League Registration – June-July Season – July-Nov

Fall Youth Cheerleading Coed: 6U, 8U, 10U & 12U Supported by McMichael High School and cheer in the Foothills League Registration – June-July Season – July-Nov

Fall Youth Volleyball Coed: 2nd – 5th Grade & 6th – 9th Grade Competitive program teaching volleyball fundamentals/skills while stressing sportsmanship and teamwork. One practice and one game per week. Men’s Softball  Men ages 16 and up Competitive program among local businesses, churches and individuals. Entry by team. Individual fee for city and non-city taxpayers. Organization – April through May Season – June through August
Men’s Basketball  Men ages 16 and up Competitive program among local businesses, churches and individuals. Entry by team. Individual fee for city and non-city taxpayers. Organization – December through January Season – February through April
Athletic Program Fee Schedule
All Department Youth Sports City Taxpayer of Madison or Mayodan – $30.00 Non-City Taxpayer – $45.00
Additional Fees (Effective with sports starting after July 1, 2015) Uniform Jersey (Baseball, Winter Basketball, Girls Softball) – $20.00 Spring/Fall Soccer – $20.00 for game jersey and socks. Uniform Shirt Volleyball  – $10.00

  3. This is Park Superintendent Jess from Mayo River State Park. We have a number of unglazed bowls and plates that we could donate if you are interested. They were left in a ranger house and I believe they are able to still be glazed. They have already been fired once.

  4. i cant find any way to create a new account to sign my daughter up for volleyball. it will only ask for a login and password. how can i register a new account?
