SENIOR EXERCISE CLASS DESCRIPTIONS GERI FIT STRENGTH- Build strength, improve balance and stamina, and increase flexibility. No aerobics or floorwork! Most of the exercises are
done seated in chairs. (60 min) Instructor: Jona East $CARDIO STEP – Hi/Lo Impact cardio- step aerobics class, that is boosted with choreographed, dance-inspired moves and group motivation. The Madison-Mayodan Senior Center strives to provide resources and activities to aid seniors, aged 50 or better, in maintaining an independent lifestyle and remaining involved in the community.
Services focus on programs to enhance the lives of the area’s aging population by providing information & opportunities for physical and mental exercise, fun, and fellowship.

Information and Assistance
A large variety of information is available on many topics, including caregiving, Social Security, Medicare, Hospice, Elder Abuse, Elder Law, and much more. If we don’t have answers to your questions, we’ll make sure you are in touch with someone who does!
